Research Of The Western China's Cultural Resources Industrialization Mechanism

With the trend of economic globalization, "cultural economy" has become a common topic of growing concern, the cultural patterns and economic patterns blend with each other. As the birthplace of Chinese culture, the western region owns vast deposits of cultural resources. However, the development of cultural industries is inappropriately backward. Industrialization is the way to transform the resource advantages into industrial advantages, and realize its economic value. Against the background of the western development, industrialization of cultural resources is conductive to promoting the western region's process of transforming and opening up.This paper used the methods of deductive reasoning, experience inductive, quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis, interdisciplinary research, combined with economic theories such as industrial structure theory, growth pole theory and diamond theory, takes the western region's cultural resources industrialization mechanism as the core, gives the overall concept of the western region cultural resources industrialization which provide the analytical framework and reference to the research into cultural industry.This paper is divided into six chapters. Chapter I introduces the topics of the background and significance, determined the topic. Chapter II discusses the literature related to cultural resources industrialization and cultural industry development. Chapter III describes the overview of western region's cultural resources and the development status of cultural industry. Chapter IV proposes the overall concept of the western region's cultural resources industrialization including development principles, mechanism, the core, and the concept of space of four parts. The mechanism is the paper's core point of view, it includes the main line, the carrier, the path, and marketing. One the part of Space concept, it sketches nine geographical and cultural circles and nine center cities as growth poles. Chapter V takes Xi'an for example, analyses its industrialization of cultural resources. Chapter VI puts forwards the conclusion and countermeasure to industrialize the western region's cultural resources.
