As the title suggests, Study of the National Cultural Security in the Globalization Process is essentially under the vision of the globalization process, with the angle of national security and the degree of international political science as well. The article is according to the clue of "culture (civilization)—country (nationality)—international politics—globalization process" and formed by five parts: Introduction; Chapter one, the concept of culture and globalization process in the international politics; Chapter two, the basic theories for national culture security; Chapter three, globalization process impacts on national culture security; Chapter four, China's national culture security in the process of globalization.In the part of the introduction, the author has analyzed and defined the meaning of the subject. Studying culture under the vision of the national security in international political field, it is mainly considered in three respects. First, "civilization (culture)- country (nationality) - International politics - globalization process " is put into the civilized history frame and is corresponding to Kant's logos development of human society from laggard to advanced stage. Second, although historical frame and clue are abstract, the contradictions between historical trend and existing problems don't allow the scholar to be dejected. The globalization process has brought the whole world interdependence as a whole, but anarchy in globalization makes the interdependence out of order. Third, it is a new research field to explore national culture security. What the author attempts to do is to explain the national culture security in global culture process, to reply to "yuppie's culture "and" cultural imperialism ", to try to explore the new field.In the second part, the author has probed the issue into three respects mainly. The first is the cultural concept in international politics. Starting with the science view of culture, point out that because studying culture in the international politics is different from its broadly-defined and narrowly-defined, it should refer to being regarded as the idea as the national psychology, the traditional history, the religious belief, the ideology, the social system, the propagating media and the political culture which emphasizes the native cultureand relative culture, divides culture into native culture and suffused culture, reflects the characteristic of all kinds of nationality or other colony and a series of common and more steady thought, values and faith so as to determine their behavior. The second question, author has analyzed the relationships between culture and several key concepts in international politics such as country, nationality, state sovereignty, national security, modernization, thus has proved culture is one of the main frameworks of the IR and the important foundation of the international behavior body. The third question is to expound relations of culture and globalization process. At last, author discuss her "global culture " view, namely, Global culture is a reality can't be avoided, it rebuild the world culture, but not make global culture become general and unity, pluralism, multi-ply, coexists is its inevitable characteristic.About " the basic theories for national culture security ", the author first define its concept, essence and characteristic of national culture security. The culture security is a kind of relation and state to reflect national politics, economic life, avoid external threat and inner out-of-sequence, keep national culture independence, surviving and developing, preserve strong national ideological impetus in world culture exchange and confluence. The national culture security's essence is the security of cultural development, hi the following section, author has expounded the culture hegemony theory and compared it to national culture security. Make an introduction of the theory source of " cultural imperialism ", the representative theory of " cultural imperialism " (cultural imperialism theory, history terminate theory, civilization conflict theory), explain cultural imperialism and global culture can not be made simple transition of A-B as western scholar said, which is only theorists' fond dream of cultural imperialism. Finally, the author has proved the relationship between the hegemony theory and national culture security.
