Zhang Yunsui who was Civil and Military Governor and the Society of Yunnan in the Qing Dynasty is intended to study Zhang Yunsui, who was Civil and Military Governor and the society of Yunnan during the changing period of time from the Eighth Year of Yong Zheng (A.D.1730) to the Fifteenth Year of Qian Long (A.D.1750). This dissertation focus on the major aspects of his administrations such as administration of mining industry, management of famine, dredging Jin Sha River, pacification of minority nationality tribes in border area, administration of religions, supervising official personnel affairs and etc., so as to explore his administration achievements, thoughts and personality.
