The thesis pays more attention to the extreme unbalanced of the development among the three schools in Han dynasty. Suffering the political upheaval at the turn of the two dynasties from Western Han dynasty to Eastern Han dynasty, the unbalanced had a great change.The general trend of the three schools Lu, Qi, Han during the two dynasties can be summarized separately in one sentence. Lu Poetry flourished in Western Han dynasty and remained thriving in Eastern Han dynasty. Qi Poetry thrived in Western Han dynasty ,but it was not prosperous in Eastern Han dynasty. Han Poetry was not obvious by contrast in Western Han while it was in vogue for a time in Eastern Han.Early at the beginning of Western Han dynasty, with the promotion of King ChuYuan Liu Jiao, the Chu Kingdom actually formed Lu poetry group with great influence. In Western Han dynasty, among the six emperors from Wu to Ai ,Wu ,Zhao, Yuan and Ai had ever learned Lu Poetry. The special relationship between Lu poetry and the highest rulers promoted the development of Lu, however, Qi and Han could not be compared with it on this aspect.Drawing support from political power, Lu poetry rose at the beginning of Han dynasty. Meanwhile it participated in and influenced the politics of Han dynasty. Lost of Liu Jiao's descendants learned the Book of Songs. The active political and academic activities of Liu Xiang and his son Liu Xin witnessed the ups and downs of Western Han regime. At emperor Wen regime, ShenGong explained that the Book of Songs should be the doctorship, which had influence of Emperor Wen more or less.There were many scholars of Lu poetry in Western Han dynasty, anomy whom more than ten as doctors were the followers of ShenGong. The pupils of the followers formed many branched of Lu poetry such as the school of Wei, the school of Zhang, Tang and Chu and the school of Xu which was the branch of Zhang, Wei Xian and his son Wei Xuancheng became prime ministers successively, which marked the greatest prosperity of Lu poetry in Western Han dynasty.
