A Research On Literature Institution About The Literature Award Of Mao-dun

This thesis is composed of one introduction and four texts as follows:The introduction is to summarize the origin ,cause and significance of thesis, based on the object and actuality of the study;meanwhile, to demonstrate rationality of visual angle and method.Chapter 1, " The Historical Origin Context of Literature Award of Mao-dun ", demonstrates the historical condition and historical possibility of the appearance of Literature Award of Mao-dun.Now, the basic orientation of Literature Award of Mao-dun mostly is limited by the intertextual relations between Mao-dun and Literature Award of Mao-dun. I think that the orientation is a mis-reading of literature award of Mao-dun. Of course, It doesn't negate the certain connection between Mao-dun and Literature Award of Mao-dun. It only points that the basic blind spot of explanation consists in ignoring the particular analysis of the historical origin context of Literature Award of Mao-dun. The basic conclusion of the chapter is: The Literature Award of Mao-dun is a national literature award only for saga novel, which emerges from the institutionalization of 1978 literature award. Maybe, Literature Award of Mao-dun should be regarded as the national literature award for excellent saga novel. So the basic characteristic on the motion mechanism and view of literature and view of value ,which matches the aim and significance of 1978 literature award,still radically restricts the way of Literature Award of Mao-dun. The first section of chapter 1, " 1978 literature award:the efficient exploration in modernization of literature institution ".analyzes the historical condition and historical possibility of the appearance of 1978 literature award.
