The study of this dissertation is about the florilegium named Qing Shang Quci(清商曲辞)which belongs to a book named Yue-Fu Poem Anthology(乐府诗集)whose editor is Guo Mao-qian (郭茂倩) .To illuminate the complexion of Qing-Shang Quci and its relationship with Southern Dynasty poetry(南朝诗歌)and T'ang Shi(唐诗),this dissertation integrates the exploratory research of musicology,philology and literature,and is united with five chapters .Preceding three chapters are on the musicology and philology,the following two chapters are on the relationship of Qing-shang music(清商乐) with Southern Dynasty poetry and Tang Shi.In the Preceding three chapters ,the first chapter analyses the diversification of the conception of Qing-shang music and demonstrates that the conception of Qing-shang music means three connotations in different times before Sui and T'ang Dynasty. The first connotation means the songs whose tune were named Qing-shang(清商),the second means the songs whose style were sorrowful and dulcet which were named Qing-shang by ancient chinese,and the last connotation means the songs which were supplied by Office of Bell Music(清商署).People usually meaned the third connotation when they treated of Qing-shang music in the times of Sui and T'ang Dynasty,which were consisted of Wu-Ge(吴歌),Xi-Qu(西曲)which prevailed from Eastern Jin Dynasty(东晋)and the old songs which were handed down from Han and Wei Dynasty(汉魏).The second chapter points out that when Guo Mao-qian compiled Yue-Fu Poem Anthology,he eliminated the old songs which were handed down from Han and Wei Dynasty and defined the connotation of Qing-shang again ,which only means Wu-Ge and Xi-Qu in his definition.The third chapte discusses some important issues on the modality of Qing-shang music,for example ,the music form of Xi-Qu ,the sacrificial ceremony of Shen-Xian songs(神弦歌)for the jinn from folklore,the relationship between Wu-Ge,Xi-Qu and other amusement music ,the final disappearance of Qing-shang music in T'ang Dynasty and so on.The last two chapters apply theirselves to the relationship of Qing-shang music with Southern Dynasty poetry and Tang Shi. The fourth chapter illuminates that the Qing-shang Quci and the poem of Liang Dynasty offered much technique to each other .The Qing-shang Quci from country offered much implication to the poem of Liang Dynasty and which changed the style of Qing-shang Quci prevailing in the upper class at the same time .The fifths chapter considers the poets in T'ang Dynasty...
