Escape is the action that the people leave the registered permanent residence without the admission of feudal official , the action is illegal , it is a criminal that disobey the manage system to the registered permanent residence of Qin and Han dynasty .This article has six parts to discuss the phenomena of the escape during the Qin and Han dynasty ,they are the type of the escape ; the causation; the defence of the criminal ; what measure did the the feudal official take and the thought ,the influence and so on .At the basis of main body and the causation , there are four types of escape: political escape , criminal escape , military affairs and the escape of the exile people. The reason of political escape is for politics, they are the remains of Liuguo, the literator, the Taoist, the person of ideals and integrity to turn over the Qin dynasty . At the beginning of the Han dynasty, the remains of the hostility, the underling of the leud, and the escape caused by the big political affairs. Criminal escape are caused by criminal, including evil youngsters, knight-errant, officials ,steal and homicide . The escape of the armyman mainly included the war between chuhan , two Han dynasty , Han and Hun , during these time , there were many aryman escape, these three types escape are criminal escape . The escape of the exile people were no criminal .because of many others reasons ,they left the registered permanent residence. During the Qin and Han dynasty ,two Han dynasty and at the end of East Han dynasty ,the character were different. During the Qin and Han dynasty ,the whole family escaped, the whole clan escaped to the fortress during the two Han dynasty ;at the end of the East Han dynasty the whole clan left their hometown. After escape ,they would shelter in society or become robber in the mountain forest.The causation of the cosmical escape are all types . such as labor style turned collective farming to petty farmer farming ; clan lived together turned to a family lived alone ; feodal bureaucracy instead the hereditary ; the annex of the earth ; natural calamity ;the corruption of the officials ; chaos caused by war and so on . Xunzi,Hanfei,Dongzhongshu brought forward the theory of criminal defence and control ,these theories deeply affected the policy of the Qin and Han dynasty . They were practiced in different degree by the government, these theories represent ed the highest level of that time . Except the rigid regime and laws , the government paid more attention to moralize the people .Qin dynasty mainly used the laws ; Han dynasty used the Confucian thought . different measures brought different effects . The country was the found of the criminal defence and the control ,especially the region management . The change of province and county in ancient times also affected the criminal defence and control.
