Man has entered a new era of knowledge oriented,knowledge for social progress can not be underestimated.With the deepening of the research of knowledge science,more and more people pay attention to tacit knowledge.It is considered as the source of innovation.With the further development of the society,the network course has become a new way to acquire knowledge.Its diversified knowledge representation and across time and space communication platform have strong advantage in promoting the externalization of tacit knowledge.At the same time,animation is a kind of content representation of the network course.Its artistic and technical characteristics have an unique advantage of the explicit expression of tacit knowledge,we should pay attention to it.This paper starts from the discussion of basic relation between tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge.According to the theory about tacit knowledge,the author puts forward the tacit knowledge and its classification in teaching content.Then compared with the traditional teaching methods,the author analyzes the advantages of the network course in the explicit expression and communication of tacit knowledge.This paper focus on the advantage of network courses in the tacit knowledge representation.Compared with a variety of content expression forms of network course,the author summarizes several advantages of animation in the tacit knowledge representation.According to the above theoretical research,the author puts forward the animation performance strategies of the tacit knowledge,and apply it to the creation of "photography foundation" network course of "the wisdom of vocational education" platform of the higher education press.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the writing case is verified by the study result.The innovation of this thesis lies in that it breaks through the situation that the former network course only pays attention to explicit knowledge representation,which makes it better to master and apply explicit knowledge through teaching tacit knowledge.At the same time,this paper puts forward the strategy of animation based on tacit knowledge,whichprovides a reference for the network course creators.In addition,the results of this study can also be extended from the field of education to more extensive areas such as enterprise learning.
