This dissertation uses the Western social biology, modern psychology and social theory of Marx Weber as theoretic foundation and put forward its own theoretic point of view. This dissertation tries to analyze and explain the deep reasons of the prosperity and declination of Zhou Dynasty from a new perspective and "the instinct for survival and development" which exists in the inner self of the human being, and then gives a new comment on the salvation thoughts of Confucius.Born in 1970s in England and America and then prospered in the West, the social biology shows a new research method for the anthropology and sociology: to study the society from the perspective of biology. This deconstructs the view that regards the human being as the superior of other organisms, and constructs new ways to study the human being from the historical development of the universe and nature or form the perspective that other animals even organisms equal to the human being. This point of view is a much more comprehensive perspective. Social biology shows us the instinctive power of behaviors of the human being more clearly and demonstrates the humanistic reasons of complicated atmospheres of society. Developed for several centuries, the Western psychology, especially developed by Maslow, can completely and accurately meet the demands to study existence of the human being. Maslow study is the comprehensive and common comment on individual of the human being. Maslow shows us the multi-level demands of the human being and the relationships among different demand levels. He believes that the human being has not only physiological demand but also spiritual demands at a higher level, which reveals the instinctive power of nobility of the human being's behaviors. The contribution of Marx Weber is to supply a new perspective to study society for us and to study the social development from the point of anthropological psychology and pursuit of the human being.
