The CICM carried on for more than 80 years to do missionary work in North and West China during the later Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China .the activity of CICM has had profound influence to the local society. Does missionary work the time long in Inner Mongolian , effect also most obvious, also is characteristic, the church has the land broadly, believers proportion high, the missionary acts the role diverse, the new old teachings Catholicism development is disparate, church role which plays in the place society modernize course, all is other local hard to compare. Thoroughly studies the activity of CICM in China can impel the research of the Chinese Christianity history . As a result of Inner Mongolian area for border area, multi-national area, economical, cultural development lag, place literature deficient, the research difficulty is enormous.The article thoroughly research the activity of CICM in Inner Mongolian area during the later Qing Dynasty. The article first introduce politics and social situation in Inne Mongolia area during the later Qing Dynasty, briefly reviewed the activity of CM. in Inner Mongolia. then according to the time order, can launch to CICM in Inne Mongolia does missionary work the activity, the mission strategy, the conflict among the Mongols ,the Hans,the belivers, The Anti-Catholic Movement in 1900,the compensation after 1900., the mission strategy the conflict among the Mongols ,the Hans ,the belivers, the compensation after 1900.are the key point which is this article studies.In this foundation,the article could do integrity appraisal to the activity of CICM in Inner Mongolian during the later Qing Dynasty.
