Qie Yun is a rhyme dictionary written by Lu Fayan during the Sui Dynasty, which is of great significance in the historical development of Yun as a product that absorbs and develops former achievements.It has extremely important position and highly research value in the history of development of phonics Chinese.Rhyme dictionary in the Tang Dynasty which written after the Qie Yun mainly did supplement,amendment and revision on the basis of the Qie Yun.The Amendments to Qieyun Existent written by Wang Renxu in the Tang Dynasty plays a vital role of transition in these books.The Amendments to Qieyun Existent not only reserved the style of Qie Yun and principle of phonetics induction in it mostly but also many datails of rhyme group in rhyme dictionarys written before Qie Yun.It has characristics of its own as well.That's why the Amendments to Qieyun Existent plays a vital role and has highly resaerch value in the history of phonics Chinese development and phonology.This paper applied methods of comparative,statistics and association to analysis and study the Amendments to Qieyun Existent completely on the basis of its three existing editions:Songba Ben,Xiangba Ben and Dunhuang Ben.The author analysed both texts within them and articles outside of them.The target of the research is to find out the features and the regulation of the Qie Yun and to reflect the development of the phonology.
