This article has been referenced the classification of legislational document of the Han Dynasty so as to organize a more comprehensive and detailed breakdown of Han lost legislation in the Wood(Bamboo) Slips of Han Dynasty unearthed in northwest China, clarify the basic categories and their system, define their category and the intrinsic connection among them and lay a good foundation for further research.This article has classified, organized and studied the following aspects: Dahir, Pirates of Law, thieves Law, prison law, law of arresting, law of escaping, miscellaneous laws, law of Sentencing, xing-law, stable law, family law, public notice law, law of installing officials, zhuan-shi law, law of fields, Law of Barriers and market, law of sending correspondence, fu-law, laws of reward and the provision of title, taxes law, financial law, law of payment of wages, law of price regulationm,law of access to official qualifications, points law, law of monetary management and manufacturing ,called administrative systems and debt instruments,etc. The significance of this article shows in the following three aspects:first, determining the division of each category within a legal frame of reference;second, classificating effectively the Han lost legislation in the Wood(Bamboo) Slips of Han Dynasty unearthed in northwest China;third, demonstrating and building their basic framework and system; Finally, providing material to support for study of the legal history on the Han Dynasty.
