A Study Of Tovan Loanwords From Mongolic

This paper consists of five parts; Introduction, Chapterâ… , Chapterâ…¡, Chapterâ…¢and Conclusion.In the introduction, the research on Tovan and Tovan loanwords from Mongolic is mainly introduced. In addition, academic significance and research methods are presented.In chapterâ… , the author presents the basic situation of influence that Mon-golic has been made on Tovan through analyzing the contacts of the two langua-ges in history and introduces several research methods employed in the identifi-cation of Tovan loanwords from Mongolic, such as, Phonetic Analysis, Forma-tion Analysis, Meaning Analysis and Phrase Analysis, which is used for the first time during the research.In chapterâ…¡, the regularity of phonetic and meaning changes of Tovan loanwords from Mongolic is concluded through comparing Tovan loanwords from Mongolic with original words in Mongolic in the respect of phonetic and meaning.In chapterâ…¢, the influence that the loanwords from Mongolic have been made on vocabulary of Tovan and its meaning is discussed, confirming the sta-tus of loanwords from Mongolic in the vocabulary of Tovan.In the conclusion, the author proposes own opinions based on the content of the three chapters above.
