The Research Of The Party's Mass Work From Mental Aspect

As the foundation and core of the Party's entire work, mass work has played a very important role in both the the period of revolutionary war and the period of socialist modernization. The research on it can be said an issue that is both theoretical and practical. This article carries out the study of mass work from a psychological aspect.By the combination of Marxist mass work theory and psychology (mainly social psychology) theory with the objective practice of mass work, making use of the literature, applying induction and the method of combining the theory with practice, the article analyzes the important psychological factors involved in mass work, trying to make the results of the analysis and thinking beneficial to the practices of mass work.First, the first chapter of this article is the introduction composed of the topic's significance,the reseaching situation, the plan of writing and the research method.The second chapter generally explains the Party's mass work which is the basic problem of the article, interprets the concepts of mass and mass work, illuminates the relation between the Party and the masses within mass work, leads up to the Party's mentality and the masses'mentality which are two psychological communities in mass work by combining the psychology (mainly social psychology) theory with the relation between the Party and the masses. Then the article explains the basis and necessity of psychological analysis of the Party's mass work.Secondly, the third chapter discusses the Party's mentality in mass work. As the subject of mass work, the Communist Party of China plays a decisive role in achieving the expected results to a large extent. The analysis to Communist Party of China is based on its importance. The Party's mentality consists of the Party's body cells-the party members'mentality, the leaders' mentality that holds the balance within the Party and the Party's holistic mentality formed by the Party's overall atmosphere. They effect the practice of mass work from different levels and to different degrees.The article focuses on the state of the party members' emotions and mental health, the leaders' self-awareness, role psychology and decision-making mentality, as well as the Party's self-positioning and the environmental factors within the Party. By means of the analysis and study, the article attempts to gain ideas and experience in improving the quality of the Party, so that mass work can be carried out more succssfully.Thirdly, the fourth chapter analyzes the masses' mentality whitin mass work. As the object of mass work, the masses' mentality state also plays an important part in carrying out the Party's mass work smoothly. The masses' mentality in mass work is complicated and varied.The article mainly analyzes and studuies the masses' traditional psychological accumulation, the masses' needing mentality, the masses' emotional state, the masses' mental experience and feedback from the Party's work. According to the analysis of the object mentality, we can understand some problems and phenomena that have emerged or may be encountered in the Party's mass work, in order to come up with some experience and reference for the Party's mass work in the new period.Finally, the process of carrying out mass work is also a process of interactive between the Party and the masses. Based on this consideration, after the analysis of the the Party's mentality and the mass' mentality, the fifth chapter of this article tries to combine the two sides and achieve mutual and common mental harmony, so as to achieve the purposes of improving mass work level. This is not only the conclusion but also the focus of this article. In accordance with the preceding analysis, our thinking is completed from different levels, mainly including the following three aspects:First, carrying out the Party's mass work based on the masses' mentality. The main contents include persuading and educating the masses based on their accepting mentality, mobilizing and organizing the masses based on their behavioral motive, guiding and uniting the masses based on their emotion, caring and serving for the masses based on their mental states.Second, optimizing the Party's mentality in the practices of mass work.The main contents include strengthening the psychological education of party members, improving the leaders'cognition on mass work and creating good mental atmosphere with in the Party.Third, keeping close contact with the masses, achieving the mental harmony. The main contents include achieving mutual trust btween the Party and the masses by promoting mutual understanding, shortening the distance between the Party and the masses by deepening the emotions, achieving common progress by the interactive between the Party and the masses.Overall, during the discussion, the article tries to make the back and forth corresponding on the logic and the content. First, leading to the subject mentality the Party's mentality and the object mentality -the masses'mentality, and then analyzing them separately.The final thinking about the specific methods of improving and enhancing the Party's mass work is also corresponding with the previous analysis. By means of the correspondence, the overall unity of the article is ensured. It can be said that the discussion in the front three parts is all bedding and premise of analysis for solving the problems in the last part. The article finally thinks about achieving psychological harmony by the interactive between the Party and the masses, and thereby raising the level of mass work.All of the thinking is based on the previous discussion.
