The first chapter basically is part of a theoretical framework, and providing a framework of theoretical analysis for the full-text. This chapter consists of three parts. The first part discussed the formation mechanism of China's national security interests in northeast Asia from the perspective of international political theory. The paper argues that the study of national security interests can use similar theoretical perspective and methods as national interests'theory, and refers to the theoretical achievements of national security, China's northeast Asia national security interests in the generating mechanism can be concluded to a three interacting organic whole as regional security environment, national identity and security concept, provides research direction for the subsequent chapters. The issue was sorted out from two aspects: (1) analyzing the current characteristics of security pattern in northeast Asia. As the world's only superpower ---- the United States is continuouslly intervening, combined the complex regional security issues, northeast Asia is always the arena of Great Power Politics. The characteristics of security pattern in northeast Asia basically assumes: the U.S with its ally platform are defending the Marine's security advantages, China and Russia become rising forces increasingly relying on the terrestrial environment in northeast Asia,"Balance safety"is the important mode for the protection of nations'security interests, and the security relations of power nations dominates the security pattern in northeast Asia. (2) Perspecting the games of security interests among power nations in northeast Asian security pattern. Northeast Asian powers launched wrestling for security interests, the rule of the games is: relying on the strength such as politics, economy, military and culture.etc, and by all means to capture the most security interests in non-war conditions. The games'process behaves: the U.S. implementing the hegemonic balance power of security strategy maximizes security interests, Japan expands the category of security interests as"borrow boat out", China and Russia advocates realizing regional security interests peacefully under bilateral strategic cooperation. The final part discussed the challenges of China's national security interests in northeast Asia. The challenges'factors include: the obstacles of maintaining China's sovereignty and territorial integrity, the threat of instability situation in Korean peninsula, the security pressure of the United States military ally in northeast Asia, and the press hard on China's sea resources development in the east sea from Japan. The third chapter analyzed China's national security interests in northeast Asian from the perspective of China's rising. This chapter consists of three parts. The issue was sorted out from two aspects: (1) China's rising and China's national identity changes in northeast Asia. In northeast Asia China's national power status and regional identity largely reflects the meaning of the Chinese national identity. In the aspect of national power status, all the elements of China national power in development is balanced, and ranks second in northeast Asia; China and the U.S.-japan alliance are the largest strength gap in military power, followed by economic power, and political power gap is minimum. In the aspect of regional indentity, because of the economic interests, the development of China's regional economy and trade cooperation is the key impetus for regional identity. Because of firming the security environment for economic interests, China's implementation of the regional security cooperation increased the degree of regional identities. (2) China's rising and China's new national security concept. Since the experience of the changes in the international situation, further understanding of the international environment, absorbing and accumulating the advanced concept of security, and practicing security cooperation, China's new national security concept has formed a complete and systematic theory system, the core idea is"mutual trust, mutual benefit, equality and cooperation."In northeast Asia, China has practiced the new security concept through various ways and channels, including: increasing military transparency, establishing bilateral mutual trust mechanism, promoting the process of arms control and disarmament, multilateral cooperation to prevent nuclear proliferation. The third part explored the new changes of China's national security interests in northeast Asia. The paper argues that China's national security interests in Northeast Asia mainly reflected changes in two aspects: the focus of China's national security interests in northeast Asia and the means to achieve China's national security interests in northeast Asia. The fourth chapter is to discuss the maintenance issues of China's national security interests in northeast Asia. The chapter is divided into three parts. The first part elaborated in the maintenance process of China's national security interests in northeast Asia, China will face how to make tradeoffs and choose security interests, and need to measure the utility and achievement standard of the security interests. The second part made it clear that the expand access of security interests is not unlimited, according to the utility principle of security interests, protection ability and achievement standard to investigate comprehensively, and then developed a realistic and optimization achievement goals. The goals covered three areas as political, military and economic security interests, but also for the security interests of China, played a guiding role for the strategy of China's national security interests in northeast Asia. The third part put forward the protection strategy of China's national security interests in northeast Asia. National security strategy is an overall planning about maintaining a national security interests according to their own security interests, and is a huge system engineering. The strategy need to meet the demands of security interests, is the theory and practical considerations wich should be not out of China's actual situation, the involved contents include four areas as the overall security strategy, military strategy, economic strategy and foreign policy strategy. The fifth chapter selected the issue about the protection of Diaoyu Islands'sovereignty as a case study. The chapter is divided into four parts. The first part expounded the opposite claims on ownership in the Diaoyu islands'sovereignty between China and Japan, and the U.S. standpoint on the Diaoyu islands. The U.S. proceeds from the consideration of its own security strategy and security interests, cooperates with Japan to deter China under their force, and attempts to accroach the Diaoyu Islands. The the U.S. standpoint and complication is one of the major obstacles for the suspension issue. The second part discusses the relations between China's Diaoyu Islands sovereignty and national security interests in northeast Asia. First of all from the perspective of historical facts and international laws, the paper explained the evidence that the Diaoyu island sovereignty belongs to China completely, clarified the gist of legal claims from China's government, then did the hierarchy analysis from the connotation, importance and urgency of China's national security interests in northeast Asia, and then measured the security interests involved the Diaoyu islands in view of the above, this is the key for grasping to protect the Diaoyu islands sovereignty in the future. The third part analyzed the present game between China and Japan in the issue of the Diaoyu islands sovereignty. Japan took a wrong act for occupying the Diaoyu Islands, and behaved as: through the way of the "nationalization", acquiesced right-wing groups to create disturbances, prevent the Chinese government and civic activities, etc., continues to strengthen effective control over the Diaoyu Islands. Japan relied on the U.S. from politics and military to overawe China, and continues to accroach the Diaoyu Islands. China has taken the corresponding means of diplomatic and administrative enforcement for protecting the sovereignty over the Diaoyu Islands. The fourth part mainly did the consideration and prospection of sovereignty over the Diaoyu islands for the future. The paper argues that China and Japan should be properly handled the Diaoyu islands sovereignty, the principle of"laying aside disputes, exploiting together"accords with the interests of both countries, and Japan should not take any chances to occupy the Diaoyu islands. To prevent Japan's acts on the Diaoyu islands, China should take some necessary measures for holding on the Diaoyu islands sovereignty. In the new situation, as if it didn't make major changes, Japan is unlikely to abandon current the Diaoyu island policy in short term, China needs devote more energy in the game with Japan for the Dianyu island sovereignty, takes all the means with the"rational, knobbly, favorable"principle, and win the opponent's attention and respect.
