Thus, the proposition of "the Party's Scientific Construction" would be the requirement stems from this new historic era and the complex international and domestic situations, and the practical needs for strengthening and improving the party's construction and solving the new problems. The basic requirements of the scientific construction in this new era would be the scientification of theories, systems and methods--applying the scientific theories to guide, standardization systems to secure, and modern methods to improve this scientific construction. In the realm of theoretic scientification, we should promote the building of the Marxist learning party. The four systems within this process-the Marxism structure system, the arming system of theories on socialism with Chinese characteristics, the nurturing system of socialist core values, and the multi-level learning and administrative system--consist the scientific theoretic guiding system. In the realm of systematic scientification, we should build and consummate party's inner system, fully recognize the importance of systematic construction and manipulate the goals and requirements of this job, efficiently improve the level of scientification.
