It can be said, therefore, that training learning-oriented cadres has become an important task of the Party's construction in the new period. This is because training learning-oriented cadres and improving the quality of training are not only the inevitable requirements for advancing the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, but also the call of reality for the practice of learning-oriented cadres'training.The quality of learning-oriented cadres'training is an organic unity of revolutionary character, scientific quality and realistic nature. First of all, we need to satisfy the need of long-term development of the party and the nation; secondly, we need to make the Party become a ruling Party, governing our country in scientific, democratic ways and in accordance with the law all along; thirdly, we need to realize the standardization and institutionalization of learning-oriented cadres'training.
