Wolter Engineering Plastics Plant——Implement 6Sigma Quality Management To Improve Quality Level

This thesis is composed of two sections: section one - case main body and section two - case analysis. Case section introduce Wolter Group Company and Wolfer (KaiPing) Engineering Plastics Plant, provide a lot of detail information of industrial competition circumstance, describe quality management problem which Wolfer plant is confronting. Case analysis part analyze the quality management problem in Wolfer plant by quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, use SixSigma methodology to solve the actual product quality issue and finally go to the conclusion that 6Sigma quality programe is helpful for Wolter plant. Then bring out the suggestion on implementing 6Sigma quality management programme in Wolfer plant based on organizaiton set-up guideline, efficient training theory, motivation theory and company culture build-up model. The focal point of this thesis is to point out four essence for successful quality management, they are leadership, efficient quality training, quality motivation system and quality culture.
