In the semicolonial and semifeudal society, the people in the Chinese Soviet Republic were under the cruel domination of imperialism and feudalism before the break-out of the Agrarian Revolution, and had a very miserable life as the people of the whole country did. They were exploited, enslaved, deprived of cultural rights, and suffered from cold, hunger and displacement. It served for the revolutionary war firstly, had the way of mass movement, were influenced by the "Left", and had outstanding creative characteristics, some imperfections and repeatabilitys.Though the conditions and environment of the social construction of the Chinese Soviet Republic were bad, the CPC led people to overcome difficulties and carry out creative social construction for winning the victory of the revolutionary war and raising the standard of living, making tremendous achievements. The social construction of the Chinese Soviet Republic was important in modern chinese history. It was the first product of combining Marxist-Leninist ideas about social construction with China's reality. It was the beginning stage of the social construction of new democratic society, and it was the historical origin of new China's social construction. It provided great support to the revolutionary war, consolidated the soviet regime, guaranteed the. revolutionary masses' rights and interests effectively, improved people's standard of living, and promoted to built a new society where workers and peasants mastered the regime.The social construction of the Chinese Soviet Republic had left us some valuable experience and enlightenment. First, we must insist on the principle that everything start from reality. Because it was the most important thing for keeping the social construction of the Chinese Soviet Republic activly. In soviet times, the CPC carried out the social construction based on the reality of the Chinese Soviet Republic, and made outstanding achievements. It enlightens us that everything must start from reality, and that social construction must be based on the primary stage of socialism. Second, we must mobilize the whole society to participate in social construction under the leadership of the CPC. In soviet times, in the charge of the soviet government, it had made outstanding achievements in social construction with the leadership of the CPC, and revolutionary groups'supporting and masses'active engagement. It enlightens us that we must mobilize various social forces to participate in social construction today.It is the only way to achieve the success of social construction. Third, we must give priority to the development of social construction with the focus on the masses'lives. The Chinese Soviet Republic was in the revolutionary war, so the central task of the Chinese Soviet Republic was to organize and lead the revolutionary war, and all works must obey and serve for the revolutionary war, but it was also important to improve the masses'lives too. Just as what Mao Zedong said in care for the masses'lives, pay attention to working methods:"we have two great missions:one is to organize and lead the revolutionary war, and the other is to improve masses'lives." So, the CPC also searched ways to improve masses'lives at the same time of leading revolutionary war, gaining apparent successes. We should learn from history.Today, we have made gratifying achievements in economic and social development, but the level of productivity is not high, China still has a large proportion of poor and low-income population in cities and countryside, agricultural foundation is still weak and rural development lags behind the situation, it is still a difficult task to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas and coordinate the development of the economy and society. Social construction and management are facing many new problems. Therefore, today we must persist in promoting social construction to improve the masses'lives on the basis of economic growth. Fourth, we must take the policy system construction as the indemnity. In the soviet period, a series of social policy system ensured the social construction of the Chinese Soviet Republic run smoothly. This enlightens us that we still should enhance the construction of social policy system, and that it is the only way to ensure the social construction of the Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for good.
