Theory On Private Economy Development

Since the half century of the foundation of the New China,the private econˉomy has undergone the twisty process,which involves from resume and reform to exclusion and suppression,and then back to acceptation and development.Espeˉcially since the period of reform and open,private economy has been supported,led and protected by party's policies and state laws.It meets its boom period of development.The ratio of it in national economy rises rapidly,and it becomes one important part in developing socialism market economy.In the new century,in order to urge private economy to develop continually,promply and healthily,the deep layer problems,such as where Chinese private economy goes,what is the theory base of developing private economy further;how to discard the bind of the traditional idea completely;how to overcome barrier of both macro and micro system,urgently requires us to explore boldly,to study systematically and deeply,on the basis of persisting and developing Marxism,from the angle of combining theory with practice. This thesis is with the theme of studying the continual,prompt and healthy development of the private economy,with the principle of Marxism,Maozedong Idea and Dexiaoping Theory,with the center on the guideline about carrying out adjusting our national system structure,and the policies about pushing private eˉconomy to develop healthily,which are designed by our Party and our State.This thesis adopts integrating methods of both quantitative analysis and qualitaˉtive analysis,historical analysis and logical analysis,normative analysis and posiˉtive analysis,both macro analysis and micro analysis.This thesis makes comparaˉtively systematic and deep study of history,theory,historic position and role of the private economy;furthermore,the thesis discusses about the zigzag developˉing process,the existing main problems of the Chinese private economy,and the idea of its further healthy development.
