A Study on the Evolution Mechanisms and Promotion Strategies of the Core Competence of Listed CompaniesAbstract: Listed companies are the advanced representatives of enterprises having carried out modem business management. The increment of their core competence will play an active role in improving efficiency, and will be profitable when they are challenged by transnational companies, as well as be helpful to their implementation of "walk out" strategy and paticipating in the international competitions.After summing up the core competence of some enterprises concerned at home and abroad, this dissertation has systematically explicated the evolving course of the core competence of listed companies. The fulfillment of such a task mainly depends on the consideration of the practical conditions of those companies, the use of the theory of system analysis and cybernetics and the application of synergetic theory. By means of casual analysis, model analysis and hierarchical analysis, this dissertation has analyzed various core factors that affect the evolution of the core competence of listed companies and has discussed the comprehensive effect mechanism of the evolving process of those companies.First of all, by centering on the core competence of listed companies - motive force mechanism and management mechanism, the dissertation has probed deeply into the analysis of the motives and actions of the main bodies correlated with interests in listed companies and summarized the evolving motive force mechanism of the core competence of those companies. In the following part, with the aid of the economic theory of cybernetics and from the perspective of the analysis model, the basic procedures and the basic mode of the evolving process of core competence, the dissertation has elaborated the evolution management mechanism of the core competence of those listed companies.Business efficiency of the listed companies is the appearance of its core competence , whereas the later is the inner cause of outstanding business efficiency. In fact, the strength of core competence of a listed company reflects the level of contribution it brings to the business efficiency. Basing on the evaluation towards business efficiency and core competence of a listed company, and by the analysis on correlativity between above two factors, the dissertation illustrates differences between core competition capabilities of sample enterprises in their development phases. Futher on , by evaluting the core competence capability of listed companies and analysing the evalution results, the status and causes of the core competence are systematically analysed.The dissertation takes the increment of the core competence as cornerstone of the study of the of listed companies, starting from status transfering and mechanism improvement, it points out the basic path leading to the establishment of core competence increment strategy system of listed company, basing on the analysing of measure object, direct object, indirect object and final object of core competence increment. Associated with enterprise instances, The dissertation explicates countermeasiire for promoting the core competence of listed companies.What have been discussed here in this dissertation are only the initial results of the study on promoting enterprises competence of our country with the use of capital market, which means that there is still much to be further studied in this field.
