As a hi-technology company in China, Beijing Huihuang Science and Industry Technology Co. had achieved great success before 1999. But these years the company suffered a lot of strike coming from markets not only because of a series of inaccurate judgement on both inside and outside circumstances but mainly due to a large quantity of misdeal with business matters. Being aimed at finding answers to the managerial quandary, this thesis puts its central theme on the sustainable development of the company by improving the company's core competence and building up strategic blueprint for the company.Upon fruitful analysis of external forces and internal factors, this research puts forward a suggestion for setting up joint venture enterprise whose intensive technology cooperation and abundant capital will evidently strengthen BHSI's competence in the field of superconductor manufacturing. It also suggests that BHSI should adopt forward integration strategy and horizontal integration strategy to fulfill the company's long period targets. It derives a correct conclusion from investigation into the company that only by providing customers with of high quality superconductor materials through innovation in manufacturing and management, can BHSI become a well-known market brand within either domestic or foreign markets. This paper suggests that the company should implement its strategies immediately in order to secure the company's new achievements in the future, thus a great deal of efforts should be made to restructure the company further.Bringing all the knowledge of MBA courses into exercises in all aspects of research and development of BHSI, this thesis has succeeded in resolving the urgent problems that BHSI has to deal with nowadays. Its another success is that it well combines the theoretic thinking with practical operation, which makes it a realistic meaningful solution to business management.
