Information-net is a highly effective information means, which has greatly affected economic activities in various aspects and thus endowed economic functioning with new regularities and characteristics. This thesis aims to study what effects info-net has on economic activities, what changes it has brought in economic field, and tries to seek for the regularities in these effects and changes after information-net participates in economic activities in accordance with the Western economic theories. After modern information-net represented by Internet participates in economic activities, the highly effective economic functioning state brought about by it is info-net economy. Compared with traditional economy, info-net economy is: (I), economy with ample information; (II), the accumulation, order and conformity of information; (III), the "standard" and "credit" economy; (IV), the non-exclusive shared economy; (V), the fast rhythm economy; (VI), the interactive economy; (VII), the specific economy; (VIII), the global economy; (IX), the all-day ready economy. The formation of info-net economy is an economic process of technological progress. The credit system is the basis of the network economy. There exists in the info-net economy a phenomenon of progressive increase of marginal revenue, to which this thesis gives a theoretical explanation. We have to start with commodity, the cell of economic activities, to make a deep analysis on the effects of the info-net on economic activities. This thesis defines " all the commodities related to info-net in the course of circulation and functioning realization" as Net-commodity. According to the different ways of relationship with info-net, various net-commodity can be divided into: Net-commodity I-digital commodity; Net-commodity II-commodity with net function; Net-commodity III-new net-commodity; Net-commodity IV-commodity constituting network. The above are Net-commodity in the narrow sense. Net-commodity V-commodity propagated through info-net. This is the net-commodity in the broad sense. Each has their own economic characteristics. For example, Net-commodity IV has net effects, while Net-commodity I has the characteristics of net-transmission, zero material loss, high nonphysical loss, high fixed cost and low marginal cost. The division of Net-commodity lays a foundation for further studies. In the era of info-net economy, the input of various information will affect people's demand. The new characteristics of demand in info-net economy are: the demands of consumers can be expressed through info-net; increased feedback on the demand for some Net-commodity in the narrow sense; and the increase in the aggregate demand. New characteristics of supply include: the transmission of Net-commodity I through internet-internet supply, and the direct supply caused by the reduction in the links of commodity circulation. Because of its unique cost structure, the supply of Net-commodity I is that of zero marginal cost and its supply curve is level. What is corresponding with demand expression is mass customization, and thus leading to the integration of supply and demand. The co-increase in the aggregate supply and demand extends the production possibility curve.Because different commodity in the info-net economy faces different market structure, the market structure tends to develop in two opposing extremes. The market structure faced by some Net-commodity in narrow sense tends to monopoly which is shown in the "permanent" strength of the strong formed by the force of technical standard, network effect, lock-in effect of network, technological advantages and the accumulation of capital. However, themonopoly in the info-net economy is different from the traditional monopoly and technological innovation does not cease because of it. The reasons for this are the interactive effect and the competitive nature of the network, the zero material loss of digital commodity, and the innovative nature of monopoly. Under this kind of monopoly, price tends to decrease and production ten...
