The Research On The Method Of BPR Based On Information Flow

Under the market environment of customer, competition and change, it is so hard for enterprises to develop further in the traditional management field, however, it is obvious that process management can improve enterprises' performance. Meanwhile, process reform didn't succeed for 70% enterprises and this makes them have a wolf by the ears. Information Construction and Business Process Reengineering (BPR) are two important ways to improve the competence of a corporation, which needs accurate analysis and correct re-designing for business process. Begin with the information flow ,the paper make the whole situation of the information flow as a system ,using the method of the system and information ,to make a structural model .Though making a concept model for information ,then we make a structural model for information, and find a mathematics method of reengineering process based on carving up the administrative levels and ration analysising ,finding out the information redundance in the primary process, deleting and sampling the process, boosting up the speed of information flow reaction, strengthening the ability of information operation.To solve the question above, the paper do some work in several aspects as follows:(1)In modeling methods of BPR, We discuss some modeling methods, through analysising the advantage and disadvantage of benchmarking and IDEF modeling technology, then point out ,the structural modeling method is more useful to last two methods, then definitude the research path of the structural modeling method.(2)In BPR based on information flow ,though the reengineering about the true example ,trying the step and method which we research to ,we find that we can find the redundancy of business process, achieve the purpose of reengineering ,so we can prose that the method based on information flow is viable.(3)We have some important variable about evaluating system, and evaluating them by AHP. The method is simple, and have good effect.By the study of theory and demonstration, the paper gives some conclusions: The method of business process reengineering based on information flow affords some foundation to business reengineering, so it has the value to extend.
