Market-oriented Agricultural Development Research

The dissertation of "study of china's agriculture development under the guidance of market" consists of three sections.The first section classifies and summarizes the route choices and policy arrangements of china's agriculture development before and after the reform and opening to the outside world.The first chapter "the policy arrangements of china's agriculture in the period of industrialization over all others" systematically summarizes the system of census register of china and the flow of agricultural laborers,the changes of land system,the changes of purchase and sale system of food and other agricultural products,the policy arrangements of agriculture investments (including agricultural finance, agricultural tax) according to the logic of time, analyses the influence to china's agriculture of these policy arrangements all of above and their necessity. But, the industrialization over all others restrained the china's agriculture development, controlled the flow of the agricultural laborers and formed step by step the segregation between cities and villages.The second chapter" the policy choices of the agriculture development after the reform and opening to the outside world" reviews the overall course of reform of china's agricultural economy, and systematically analyses the change of census register,the flow of the agricultural laborers and its features, and the developing trend under the guidance of market. This part proves the necessity of the household contract responsibility system with remuneration linked to output and objectively analyses it's success or failure. This chapter systematically summarizes the reform and change of the circulation of food and the system of agricultural products and the system of the agriculture investment, and criticizes the discrimination of the agricultural finance, describes the new trends of the agricultural tax,the peasants burdens and financial support to agriculture. This part gets a common result that the governments played a leading role in the course of their agriculture modernizations and all of agriculture modernization is the agriculture market-oriented.The fourth chapter "Analysis of theory modern of the world agriculture modernizations" systematically analyses the modern of industrialization,the modern of structure transform,the modern of transforming traditional agriculture and the modern of inducing the change of agriculture technology.
