System And Evaluation Research Of The Progress In Science And Technology Of Coal Enterprise

The progress in science and technology regarded as decisive factor of economy development is important to realize the economic growth and the strategic objective. The progress in modern S&T (science and technology) that is made up of multiple aspects and multiple links is a complete process continuously bringing forth new ideas. In this process, the enterprise plays main body role. The progress in S&T is an indispensable element for the development of modern enterprise. To realize " invigorating coal by applying S&T", the progress law in S&T of the coal enterprise needs urgently to be deeply researched and explored. The aim is to indicate the direction for the management of the progresses in S&T of the coal enterprise.At present, the research for the progress in S&T ,mostly focuses on the contribution that the progress in S&T makes to the economic growth in the view of macroscopic, and little regards the enterprise as the main body of the progress in S&T in the view of microcosmic to research the inner mechanism of the progress in S&T. Although little research focuses on the progress in S&T of the enterprise, it mostly remains the bedding of innovation of S&T, but not research it as a system. And less is aimed at the research of the progress in S&T of the enterprise of a special industry. At present, the research for the evaluation theory and method of the progress in S&T also mostly apply the theory and method that are introduced. That is suitable for the evaluation of the progress in S&T of macro scope such as country^ industryN region and so on. The effect that can objectively N accurately and completely evaluate the progress in S&T of the enterprise, has not been found yet, especially suitable for evaluating those underground coal exploring enterprises that are controlled by the resource and safety.On the basis of main body theory of the progress in S&T of the enterprise and system theory , this paper studies the progress system in S&T of the coal enterprise and puts forward the concept of the coal progress system in S&T. By the research for the progress system main factors> target> environment motive and circulation, this paper analyzes and extracts the system core and key core of the progress in S&T of the coal enterprise, and sets up the model of coordination soft technique and hard technique system; This paper puts forward the progress system evaluation theories in S&T of the coal enterprise and establishes the system contribution technique content> technique ability of the progress in S&T of the coal enterprise, environment evaluating index system and its evaluating model; At the same time, the real condition of the progress in S&T of Tie Fa Mining Bureau is evaluated. This paper also analyzes the system condition and environment of the progress in S&T of the coal enterprise in China, according to the gotten system theory of the progress in S&T of the coal enterprise; At last, on these grounds, this paper puts forward the technology development strategy of the coal enterprise in China and countermeasure thoughts that perfect the system of the progress in S&T of the coal enterprise in China.
