Study Of The Educational Problems Of Ethnic Minority Cadres

The theme and title of this dissertation is "A studies of The Ethnic Minority Cadre Education". First ,the paper defines the concept of the ethnic minority cadre education ,including its intension ,extension ,feature, etc by discussing the specific requirement which is made by the ethnic minority cadres' specific obligation . Then ,the paper retraces the developing process of the ethnic minority cadre education ,analyzes its different feature in different times ,expounds more deeply its principle of unity of opposite. From the perspectives of educational sociology ,this paper also studies the specific content of the strategy which makes all the ethnic groups in China develop and flourish commonly in current times ,as well as the specific requirement which is made by the strategy to the ethnic minority cadre education, analyzes the feature of the variety of educational requirement which are made by the ethnic minority cadre individuals. Finally ,I conclude the dissertation by providing some of my own ideas regarding the ethnic minority cadre educational goal ,task ,and how to implementing the educational operational plan ,etc ,regarding to the ethnic minority cadre education in 21st century . Main content of this dissertation are as follows :Preface - Providing brief interpretation and description of the book's themes ,fundamental concepts ,major contents ,pivotal issues ,theoretical frame ,research methodology ,and main conclusions as well.Chapter -Give a definition to the ethnic minority cadre education ,discussing the ethnic minority cadres' implication ,feature ,and obligation .It also discusses the concept of the ethnic minority cadre education ,including Its structure ,characteristic and significance.Chapter -- Process of the ethnic minority cadre education .Reviewing Its historical orbit ,analyzing the feature in different times,summing up the succeed experience and major restraints .Chapter -- The relation between the strategy of how to make all the ethnic groups develop &flourish commonly and the ethnic minority cadre education .Analyzing what the strategy's requirement to the ethnic minority cadre education is ,that strategy is on the specific relationship structure between the different ethnic groups .Chapter --Giving a analysis on the quality of the ethnic minority cadres and their educational requirement .With the method of Anthropological Field Work ,making a investigation and analysis on the ethnic minority cadres' position ,role and individual comprehensive qualities, to summarize the major issues existing contemporarily.Chapter --Blazing new trails of the ethnic minority cadre education in 21st century .
