"Study On Farmer's Income"China took countryside and agriculture as starting points of its economy reform, then expanded to city and other industries. From microcosmic reform to macrocosmic reform, and then deepened microcosmic reform step by step. The basic aim of reform is to change China's economy system from traditional planned economy system to socialism market economy system which is full of life with Chinese characteristics. It has been proved by practice that what China chose accords with the demand of productive forces development and has promoted national economy development. From the new century, China has entered a new stage. In the new stage, many original reform policies' functions will reach the limit of maximum and many kinds of new problems are emerging, which are slowing down China's economy development. So it is urgent to further study and probe the original reform theories and policies, to learn the market rules again, to make use of the domestic and overseas accomplishments of theory and practice, to study the problems which have puzzled the further development of China's economy and to ensure the sustainable development of China's economy on China's actual conditions in the new stage.The problems about agriculture, countryside and farmer are important to China's reform, open and modern construction from beginning to end. In these problems, the core is the problem about farmer because the development of agricultural and rural economy depends on bringing the initiative of hundreds of millions of farmers' into full play ultimately. During the 20 year's rural reform, one of the basic experience is to admit and ensure farmer's rights to make independent decisions, to take the thing that bring farmer's initiative into full play as the starting points of formulating rural policies. Farmer's initiative comes from the assurance to his rights and interests. Farmer's Income (FI) reflects farmer's rights and interests directly and affects the overall situation.In recent years, although many measures have been taken, the increase rate of FI is in the situation of continuous decrease, which is unfavorable to the whole economy development. How to raise FI in the new stage has already been a hot point. From the got accomplishments, we can see the width and depth of the research are expanded continuously, and there are more and more methods and means. But on the whole, at the present time, the researches focus on raising the number of FI more than on taking production, circulation, distribution (including re-distribution) and consumption as a whole; focus on the countermeasures more than on theories, especially on basic theories; focus on hindsight more than on foresight; focus on the need of authoritative government more than on the need of farmer and enterprise involving agriculture; focus on qualitative analysis more than on quantitative analysis; focus more on recent years;focus on domestic region more than on comparing with other countries; focus on agriculture and rural industries more than on surpassing industries and subjects; economists and sociologists research FI respectively more than cooperate effectively. FI involves income production, income formation, income distribution and utilization, and is a system engineering about theory and practice containing a lot of contents. Because of the reasons above, this dissertation chooses FI as its study subject. The main task is to establish theory analysis system according to Chinese conditions.The basic train of thought about this dissertation are as follows: first of all, make clear what FI is, i.e. make clear the meaning of FI through the relation between agriculture development and FI, and compare FI with reproduction, draw the conclusion that FI is an economic procedure. Then, based on reviewing the theory and practice, the China's FI object is put forward from Chinese conditions and the angle of economy development.
