Thoughts On Income Increasing Of Chinese Farmer

Farmer's income counts much for our target of constructing wealthy society in China. The increase in farmer's income slows down nowadays, and the burden of the farmer keeps heavy. The difference between the income of city residents and countryside residents continues to move up as that of consumption moves more severely. The unreasonable structure of agriculture, the difficult movement of remaining rural labor force, the insufficient investment in agriculture, the overstaffed basic rural institutions, the laggard marketing system in the countryside and the deficient investment in labor management are the main causes for them. In this article, it is suggested that we might solve the problem on farmer's income in developing and innovation which include the form of producing, marketing and organizing agriculture, the soil system, the movement of remaining rural labor force, human resources, the investment system in agriculture, the social security system in the countryside, the re-management of the countryside, the function of the government, and so on.
