The economy reform from planning economy to market economy started in later years of 1970's in China. It has basically formed a progressive reform way of "Pareto improving" from starting with bestirring mechanism and promoting efficiency of micro-economy, and with a view to re-collocating the additional resources, and has made a very tremendous success on the economic growth in the country. However, during the progress of the rapid economic growth which is called miraculous, the imbalance of economy are getting more and more serious in and between rural areas from one to the others, and the gaps of income inequality of farmer labors on no matter of the individuals or areas, especially the income inequality trends more obviously in different areas, the phenomenon has affected the economic growth in China. The working paper will analyze and study the farmer labors income inequality in 4 partsIn one part, the theories and measuring indexes being applied into this study are reviewed and commented for one thing, and selected indexes and methods applied by Chinese outstanding conditions based on this. By dynamical demonstration of the income inequality, it makes known that the income inequality in different rural areas obviously trends to be increasingly widen. At present, it is still in the middle stage of Kuznets curve; The differences of income in the interior of the east and the west are bigger than the middle, and they have been in the scope of income inequality which is regarded to be bigger by the international; The phenomenon of "the club convergence" of income growth of the fanner between the east and the middle is obvious, but this can not appear between the east and the west , the west and the middle; The differences in the interior of the high income area and the low income area are smaller than in the interior of the other areas in which the differences are increasing, this conforms to "the U"theory. By adopting theil model to analysis the general farmers incomes differences based on various regions, It is showed clearly that the farmers income inequality among different areas is the main reason to result to rural income differences. This part contents chapter 1, chapter 2 and chapter 3.In second part, it is the statements of the effecting factors on farmers income in different regions, which is constituted by chapter 4, chapter 5 and chapter 6. Firstly a quantity model for farmers income is set up, where are the incomes coming from, on the point of view incomes, we analysis how the income differences formed dynamically. It is found that non-agricultural income mostly causes the income inequality, those will be further discussed in chapter 5 and chapter 6.The analysis focuses on two aspects: Firstly, the factors, such as economic developing level, structure of agro-economy, duality economy structure, educational and geological as well as resources distribution based on traditional economical theory are analyzed and discussed, and for the first time the inequality between the laborage level and the chance of obtaining employment is decomposed in quantity, it makes clear thatthe inequality of the chance of obtaining employment is more important than the laborage level in different rural areas; And on the basis of some quantity model on the data from different provinces and cities, the reasons caused internal difference are be contrastively analyzed and the micro-factors which effect the increasing speed of farmers income inequality are discovered. However, through the analysis, it is found that these factors can not explain all the typical effects although they have a great effect on the alteration of farmers income inequality. For example, the fast developed areas, Jiangshu and Zhejiang, these areas are not super on the nature and high education condition provinces comparing with other places of China. So, the factors can not be used to explain why South-east area economy is faster than inland area and west part of China. So state economy policy and the system conditions among different...
