The Research Of Regional BtoC Electronic Commerce Mode Based On SCM

The essence of Supply Chain Management (SCM) is to acquire competitive advantages of an enterprise by pursuit of the efficiency of cooperation among enterprises and the lowest operation cost. Nowadays, BtoC Electronic Commerce (EC) is a main mode of EC, extending the . traditional business mode using information technology. However, BtoC Electronic Commerce is restricted by the slow development of macro environment, technology, laws, logistic and safety at present. Applying the idea of SCM to construct regional BtoC EC is an outlet of domestic enterprises developing Electronic Commerce.Based on the analysis of BtoC EC mode, the article classifies the main mode of regional BtoC EC from two aspects and studies the supply chain and operation mode of these main modes which are community BtoC, e-auction, virtual communities and regional mobile e-business. Some feasible methods on logistics such as the First-logistics, the Third-logistics and the Fourth-logistics were suggested. Then, the paper also gives some methods on adverse logistics of regional BtoC EC. From the aspect of on-line and off-line, cash, post, electronic card, electronic check and electronic cash can fulfill the capital-flow. Based on the SCM, the paper puts forward some methods to construct the information-flow from the exchange with consumer, the control of logistics and the exchange with supplier.At last, the paper also gives some feasible scheme and demonstrates it from the aspect of safety, credit and laws.
