The Research Of The Industrial Innovation System Based On The Optics Valley Of China

The latest progress of innovation research has proved that the research has already deeply touched the level of industry. Along with the advance of technologies and economic development, people share the consensus that the main dependence-strength of economic development has changed from the resources to the innovative competence, and the final international competitiveness of a certain country lies in its industrial innovative competence. In terms of the choice of key industries, the optoelectronics industry has become the global focus, and many countries around the world construct Optics Valleys one after another as to conquer advanced technologies and maintain go-aheadism advantage. The Research of The Industrial Innovation System Based on The Optics Valley of China intends to provide the scientific management tools and to make the construction and development of our country's Optics Valleys in a healthier and more efficient way.During the process of research on the Industrial Innovation System of Optics Valley of China, due to the fact that this project includes three pioneering fields, namely Optics Valley, Industrial Innovation and Industrial Innovation System, this project devotes great efforts on the connotation and the development of Optics Valley, Industrial Innovation and Industrial Innovation System as to carry out the pioneering research. At the same time, the project also studies the revolutionary development of innovation theory especially National Innovation System Theory in depth. Based on the above studies, after consulting the previous advanced research results on the Industrial Innovation System and Technological System at home and abroad, the project has created the model of Industrial Innovation System based on the Optics Valley of China. Taking this model as the frame and Wuhan Research Institute of Posts & Telecommunications as object, the project has carried out the experimental analysis of main functions of Industrial Innovation System.This research is centered on the Three New Principles, namely pursuing the new understanding of the theoretic concepts, breakthrough in the technology and ways, the new effect of the application. The following is the detailed innovations:I. The project has carried out the pioneering exploration on the Industrial Innovation Theory, and discussed its connotation so as to enrich the content of innovation theory.II. The project has also explored the Industrial Innovation System Theory, and expatiated its connotation, factors and structure so as to set a solid theoretic basis of the management of industrial innovation.III. The great progress has been made concerning the research on the operating mechanism of Industrial Innovation System. The project has created the model of Industrial Innovation System by greatly improving the model of Innovative Process and Function of the Innovative Policies drew from Roy Rothwell, and embedding the technological system into the above system andbrilliantly adding the evaluation system. Furthermore, the project has carried out the analysis of functioning sub-systems, aiming to provide the important management tools for the application of industrial innovation.IV. Under the frame of Industrial Innovation System, the project has carried out the experimental analysis on the Industrial Innovation System of Wuhan Optics Valley of China.V.
