The research of this article is from one of the national funded natural science subjects: the research of the organization habitual domains theory. Taking the enterprise organizations as the research objects, and using the theories of complexity science, management science, psychology, organizational sociology, organizational behavior and computer science, etc. as methods, the study of this article centers on the building of basis theory system of the enterprise organization habitual domains, and it lays particular emphasis on analysis the of the evolvement of the enterprise organization habitual domains and on the quantitative analysis of the rigidity of the enterprise organization habitual domains.On the basis of the human behavior and decision dynamic model from Po-Long Yu, the first part of this paper studies organizational behavior process dynamic model, and finds that there is a close relationship between the organizational behavior process and the knowledge or experiences storing by the organization-self and the information from the external world, the variation of organizational behaviors would be influenced by the knowledge and experiences of the organization and by the change of the outside information.Using the complexity science the second part of this paper researches the self-organization characteristics of the enterprise organization habitual domains, and sets up the level-model of the enterprise organization habitual domains, which takes the information element, personal habitual domains, enterprise organization habitual domains as dominant factors, and makes the definition of the enterprise organizational habitual domains on both macroscopic and microscopic level. And in addition here the microscopic mechanism, characteristics, function, category and variation models of the enterprise organizational habitual domains existence are also discussed, the dual-function theory and the moderate stability-variation relation principle of the enterprise organization habitual domains are also advanced.The third part of the paper extends the study of no-interact individual habitual domains existence to the study of the enterprise organization habitual domains evolution mechanism with interact, and confirms that the variation of the enterprise organizational habitual domains transfer probability is a key parameter of the evolvement as well as that the evolvement of the enterprise organization habitual domains has a character of time lag and the enterprise organization habitual domains is the source of the enterprise behavior variation.The forth part of the paper makes a quantitative analysis to the enterprise habitual domains, constructs a rigidity evaluation index system of the enterprise organization habitual domains, and sets up a comprehensive indefinite evaluation model with the fuzzy-theory (for the enterprise organizational habitual domains rigidity evaluation, and applying this model carries out a quantitative evaluation on Anhui Post Bureau of it's managing habitual domains .The fifth part of the paper is about application research. On the basis of the conclusion of the preceding studies, this section analyses the problems of enterprise life cycle and the enterprise M&A in the enterprise practices at present.Finally, some of the countermeasures to improve the enterprise organization habitual domains are put forward, such as: build dynamic organization structure, set up organization examination and learning mechanism, improve the habitual domains of the leader level, diversify the human resource, progress with the information technology together, etc. |
