Enterprise Organizational Innovation Research

Many enterprises in our country are facing more new and sharp challenges and more nice opportunities in the process of Organization Innovating with the coming of knowledge economy. Innovation of Organization is a very important problem for many enterprise, and we should pay more attention to it. However, most studies on Innovation of Organization concentrated on the macroscopic aspects.In the thesis, the writer selected the meaningful topic of Innovation of Organization and studied it hard from the theoretical view and substantial evidence view. The writer hope that he can offer a few commonplace remarks by way of introduction so that others may come up with valuable opinions. On the one hand, the writer analyzed and summed up the theory on Innovation of enterprise organization, studied the evolution and revolution of the enterprise organization, and put forward the model of Innovation of Organization and realizing ways such as Business Process Reengineering, Organizational Leaning, Organization Networking and Virtual Organization. On the other hand, the writer analyzed a case of Organization Innovation by a foreign company and another case he had taken part in the innovation practice in Real Estate Division of XIN'AO Group.The thesis learned much from achievements gained by others, and made some progress in the study on Innovation of Organization.
