Model Organization Paradigm, Based On Complexity Science Smart

This dissertation mainly systemic research and put forward a new wit-organic organizational paradigm based on the thinking methods and principles of science of complexity, referring to the complexity of modern enterprises' organizational operation environment, including the research on the complexity of organizational environment, wit-organic organizational paradigm and the design and construction of wit-organic organizational paradigm.Firstly, the dissertation analysis the complexity of organizational operation environment, including the limitation of definition of complexity, the factors and characteristics, forming the complexity of organizational environment and the influence exerted by the complexity of operation environment on organization.Secondly, concludes the traditional organizational paradigm and develops the main opinions of wit-organic organizational paradigm, and put forward the characters, cores, behavior modes and management models of wit-organic organizational paradigm.Thirdly, research and develop the design principles, construction procedures and the construction content of supporting system and organizational environment of wit-organic organizational paradigm.Finally, with combination of the settlement process the complexity management crisis of the Baotou North-Benz Heavy-Dudy Truck Corporation, this dissertation demonstrates and develops the correspondent theories of wit-organic organizational paradigm.
