Research On Economic Sustainable Development Of Mineral Resource Cities In Our Country

Sustainable development is one subject of world economy development in our time. Mineral resource cities have important position and effect in our country's society and economy sustainable development. This paper analyzed the sustainable development rules of mineral resource cities' economy, summarized experiences and lessons which can provide reference to the construction and development of mineral resource cities. The paper has important strategic meaning on pushing on regional economic prosperity and realize our country's economic sustainable development.On the basis of systematic studying on the concerned theory and practice in economy sustainable development of mineral resource cities in and out of China, this paper established a general theory framework for economy sustainable development of mineral resource cities of our country, and deeply discussed the following three questions. Firstly, by defining the basic content of economy sustainable development of mineral resource cities, it pointed out that economy sustainable development of mineral resource cities is the sustainable and tuneful evolution of inside economy system and outside resource, environment and society of mineral resource cities. It includes how to optimize city economy system and how to realize economy in consistence with society, resource and environment in a city. Secondly, by studying on the industry structure and industry organization structure, it established a multi_target input_output optimized model of industry structure in mineral resource city, decided the criterion of income flexibility and relationship effect of predominant industry's choice, proposed the countermeasure for industry structure optimizing of sustainable development, and based on scale economy, industry structure reasonablize, enterprise reasonable scale structure and business group theory, put forward two patterns of mining businessgroups of different operate scope and different resource type. Thirdly, in view of economy sustainable development pattern and tactics, this paper used Principal Components Analysis and Hierarchical Clustering Method to analysis economic criterion of 35 mineral resource cities in our country and concluded five typical types of new building type, development type, mature type, failing type and adjustment type and their corresponding developing tactics.Through researching above, this paper raised the overall developing strategies of ecologyism, knowledgization and centralization reform. Finally, this paper chose Daqing City to practical analyze its economy sustainable development.
