Labor Ethics: A Rights And Obligations Of Ethical Sociology

Man has become the summation of all kinds of social relations during the labour course at last, at the same time, labour has pregnanted ethics (morality). In different society and under different economical system, the character of labour and the actions of labour in the merit creation, as the elementary theory of Marxist Plutonomy have been studied comprehensively by the economic territory, and good fruits of research have been gained. But, people have nearly not studied it from the ethic (moral) angle of vision. "Labour" not only has commercial value, but also has ethic meaning. Labour ethic is the base and important part of social ethic. This article tries to analyze ethic from the perspective of labour, which is the bacial anthropo logical actions. On the basis of the comprehensive analysis of the relations between work and the subject of it, workfolks, the writer has known that, during the labour course, the conduction of relations of person to person, person to object, person to nature, is the social moral's fundamental working pattern, is the social morals' practice being taken from all azimuths and many dimensions. The estrangement of labour is the source of estrangement of morals. By the dialectical arguments on three pairs of paradox in labour's moral relation, which are onus to labour and right to labour, labour vocation and labour functional responsibility labour income and labour outcome, the writer think that all labour will lose it's existence social value without consciousness of responsibility based on moral feeling. At the same time, the piece of article has connected with the discussions about the problems, such as clash between capital and labour, labour protection, fair and efficiency and so on, which have emerged during the course of the foundation of market economy system in our country at the generation and growth of the new moral sense under the background of the market economy in our country on the contemporary stage, looking forward to making notes and commentary on moral pattern in the territory contrary to metaphysical ways and enviching the space of ethics studies.
