The Ethic Management Theory And Practice Of Private Enterprises In China

Since 1990s, people have pain more and more attention to the human right and the management ethic is increasingly the essential factor of enterprises' existence and improvement. The fields of theories and enterprises are actively exploring the theory of enterprise ethic management. As an important impetus, private enterprises' station is more and more high. However, in the process of their improvement, private enterprises of China have brought about a lot of problems, such as no-clear property right, unreasonable management structure, family management, tax dodging, tax evasion, unfair exchange, polluting environment, and so on, which are the results of unmoral management. Therefore, the management ethic problem becomes one of the key problems that prevent private enterprises from improving healthily.In my paper, I will try to explore right and the relation of right and ethic. I will put forward the hypothesis about the right people. And on the basis of it, I will try to design the elementary structure of ethic management. Finely, by the structure, I will explore the practice of private enterprises in China and put forward some relevant suggests.This paper has five parts:Part one is introduction that includes the reason to select this topic to research, a review of related research and the educing of the hypothesis about the right people.Part two is the essential contents of the hypothesis about the right people. It will explore right, the relation of right and ethic and argue the essential contents of the hypothesis about the right people.Part three is the research of the essential theory about the ethic management of enterprises. Its primary contents include the concept and characters of the ethic management of enterprises, the ethic responsibilities of enterprises, the elementarystructure of ethic management.Part fore is the analysis of the practice about the ethic management of private enterprises in China that include the problems of family management, the quality of enterpriser, total quality ethic management and reputation management.Part five is the research of countermeasures about the ethic management of private enterprises in China.
