Study On The Supporting System Of The Sustainable Development Of The Township-village Enterprises In The Western China

Township-village enterprises in the western china which support the continuous, fast and healthy development of national economy are up against the unprecedented opportunities and challenges under the new historical conditions. On the hand, the rapid development of individual Township-village enterprises means the original change of the direction of the allotment of the resource and the great change of the working method of the government (the latter offer the Township-village enterprises in the western china the fairer stage). The opportunities of Township-village enterprises in the western china conclude the affair of entering "WTO" and making and carrying out of the strategy of great reclamation in the western china. On the other hand, the cor-transformation of two market make Township-village enterprises in the western china encounter the fierce pressure of competition. This study attempt to establish the supporting systems of sustainable development of Township-village enterprises in the western china based on creation of the general theory on sustainable development of Township-village enterprises. This study not only has a great action of creation because it is a huge alignment of many theories, but also has the action of guidance to the work of every rank of government and firms because of its surrounding among "the three utilities".This study has established the common theory on sustainable development of hometown firms based on several correlating theories such as management, economy and firm organization and many methods of analysis include econometrics, systematization, comparison, instructure economy, political economy and so on. This study also suggests four poles of the system of the sustainable development of Township-village enterprises in the western china. After analyzing every poles, the study offers ten full-scale and systematic suggests which are directed against it from macro-aspect.At the chapter No.l and No.2, this study divides the history of the development of the Township-village enterprises in western china into five stages originally and makes a remark about the history from 1978 based on the exhaustive analysis about the great function of the further development of the Township-village enterprises in western china and correlated theory and their result of study. The calculation of TFP gives our study the strong evidence.At the chapter No.3, the study creates the scientific concept of sustainable development of Township-village enterprises and analyzes the features of it. At this chapter, we establish four supporting poles of the sustainable development of Township-village enterprises and put them into a theoretical model.At the chapter No.4, No.5, No.6 and No.7, Firstly, the study offer the content of the scientific strategy of the development of Township-village enterprises in western china and analyze the correlating model after introducing theories of strategy of enterprises' development the factors which influence firms' choices to make the correct strategy of development. Secondly, the study sets up a necessary relationship between entrepreneurs and the requirement of their wealth by mathematical reasoning from the important meaning of entrepreneurs and general theory on choice of it. According to synthetic system of remarks about entrepreneurs, the study makes some analysis and applying on the cultivation and choice on the candidates of hometown entrepreneurs. Thirdly, the study founds a logical structure about the core ability of entrepreneurs' competition and suggests the method to establish the core ability through analyzing all theory involving the core ability of entrepreneurs' competition.
