With the globalization of the economy and rapid development of science and technology, Competition of inter-corporation has become increasingly intense and complicated. Under the circumstance of the severe marketing competition, western corporations especially multinational corporations start to form alliance in global market. Corporation alliance, as an innovation of organizational relationship, has been playing a vital role in modern corporations to strengthen competitive advantages. The game theory is one of the hotspots of contemporary economics and management science. The article studies the issues relevant to the corporation alliance, studied the strategic selection and payoff change among the interacted members of alliance and interacted alliance with the game theoretical method so as to enrich corporation alliance theory, provide corporation alliance with some theoretical guidance. It is of theoretical and practical significance. The main research contents and conclusion are as follows:1. After analyzing current situation of alliance, surveying the current results of the corporation alliance, this thesis puts forward some issues that will be researched and significance of research.2. It is introduced some basic conception of alliance. From the purpose and function of alliance, this article put forward a new classification of alliance according to management stratagem and anticipative goal of alliance. Analyzes the motivation of forming corporation alliance. It mainly includes external environmental tension and gained a lot of advantages of corporation by formed alliance.3. Discusses theoretic mechanism of evolvement form competition to collaboration with the transaction cost theory, the value chain theory and the game theory. Analyzes evolutional trend of corporation relationship from competition to collaboration when decision-maker is boundedly rationality.4. Gives general principle of alliance partner's selection. A set of indexes for evaluating the partner of alliance is given. Considering some indexes are hard to precision estimate, and analyzes some factors affecting the weights of attributes such as valuator's attitude towards indexes, importance of indexes in decision-making and reliability of estimate, it put forward a mass statistics approach on evaluating the partner of alliance and determining the weights of attributes. Inter-selective and bargaining game models are set up. It discusses some issues among the interacted corporation strategy, such as selection of partner, consultation among alliance members and the choice of the negotiated strategy. Strategic selection of multi-firm alliances is discussed that have different payoff structures.5. Two stages game model of vertical cooperative alliance is set up. It educed formulas of corporation investment and profit for forming alliance. Amount of alliance in market give corporation incentive to form alliance is researched. A game model of Choice price in vertical alliance is set up. It educed formulas making a price. The number of alliance member effect on profit of alliance is discussed. It sets up two game models of alliance based on technical collaborate. One is established between alliance and corporation. The other is established inter-alliance. Educed the relationship between R&D investment, corporation profit and technical sharing. It illustrates the importance of information sharing and it is the necessary that a sound system for protecting achievement in technical research. This article discusses some problems such as competitive advantage and strategic selection of alliance in market using above model so as to make further research the issues relevant to competitive advantage and strategic selection of alliance.6. This article put forward distributing principle of alliance profit. A model of distributing profit id set up. Give a feasible formula of distributing profit.
