The Competition And Cooperation Relationship Between The Chinese Non-governmental Organization And The Government In A Game Theory Point Of View

At present, China is in a critical period, both planned economy to a market economy transition period. With the rapid economic development and meet the needs of economic globalization, in our country NGO continued to grow, increasingly become an integral part of social life. Numerous practice has proved that Social public goods supply is no longer the government as the only subject to provide, non-governmental organizations have play an important role in the public service, it is essential to build a service-oriented government. Therefore, to make the government implemented in the process of functional transformation of social innovation management, will need to correctly handle the relationship between the government and non-governmental organizations. However, Government and nongovernmental organizations in the process of service for the society tend to fall into the predicament of the game, inevitably cause friction or competition, it is necessary to NGO and government organizations both together out of the woods. How to develop the co-opetition relationship of NGO and the government organization, to shape the government reform movement on the basis of innovation, set up and improve a good interactive relationship between the two sides pattern, Is the focus of this paper is going to discuss.This article through the analysis of the reality of our country government and non-governmental organizations, to put forward the formation process of the game, and combined with game theory model of government and nongovernmental organizations competition and cooperation relationship and how to maximize the public interest to make strategy choice, it is concluded an optimal strategy choice, and on this basis, respectively uses static game and dynamic game theory to analyze co-opetition relationships between the government and non-governmental organizations, to discusses the cooperation pattern for both sides. Finally, from the perspective of government and nongovernmental organizations, put forward in the mixed each other on both sides of the path selection.In the analysis of the relationship between government and non-governmental organizations on the game theory, this paper argues that is necessary to establish a good competition and cooperation relationship based on mutual trust, make the non-governmental organizations to help the government play better job functions, to continuously improve and perfect the organization work of government.
