The Market Organization Pattern Of Fruit And Vegetable In BeiJing

To perfect the circulation system of agricultural products market and promote the modernized construction of our capital and develop modern circulation industry of Beijing, this paper makes a systematical study to the new organization pattern of Beijing' s fruit and vegetable market, applying system management method. This paper aims at understanding the essence, trend, rules and features of circulation pattern evolvement in big cities in the conditions of market economics, and provides the government with theories and methods to perfect circulation system of agricultural market.On the base of widely literature searches and practical research, the topic is compared and argued with a new studying pattern of construction-formation-evolvement-evaluation of state.(1) Comparing analysis is used to study the development and status of agricultural markets at home and abroad. According to the study, the optimal way is the integrated running of before, in and after production with market being the center; up to now, the circulation organization of agricultural product in our country are experiencing the promotion from trade market to sales market. Government should strengthen the controlling and inputs to sales market in order to increase the public benefit.(2) The idea of system construction is applied to build the new circulation pattern of fruit and vegetable in Beijing .This system includes three branches: sales market core system, delivering center, integrated running and morning market system; the contents of the three system vary with the economic conditions and it is a flexible development pattern; each branch evolves with corresponding social economic conditions, and each one is indispensable.(3) Through factor assembling, theory analyzing and practical reviewing , it indicates that market organization of fruit and vegetable in Beijing is in an environment full of uncertainties. There are eight dynamical-factors and six restricting factors with consumers' demand as the deciding and demand guide the general programme. In the new system, sales market is composed of three parts with the goal of increasing functions. The mornig market cannot be substituted.(4) The evolvement of the new system can be plot as four steps. The study gives the characteristics and indexes of different steps. The whole evolvement is the process of original sales market' s differentiation, feebleness and promotion of subsistence.
