The science of leadership is a hot research topic in recent years which stems out of rich reality origin and social background. The human society is facing different kinds of challenges in the new century, which are likely to be solved by collective intelligence.Entrepreneurs are the creators of social wealth. Enterprises and entrepreneurs are entrusted different meanings and connotations at different periods of time.China's two-decade reform and opening up ushered us into a fierce free market economic era, which needs more outstanding personnel than ever.In the field of enterprises, which close connect with the global economy, the construction of Chinese entrepreneur teams which are in line with the international practice is badly needed.The research topics on how to introduce competition mechanism, select capable and integrative leaders for enterprises in a fair, justice and scientific manner are of vital importance to the development and success of an enterprises in China.With the development of large-scale socialized production, the division of labor in society becomes complicated. Different job posts set different qualifications for employees, and thus requiring best optimizations between job vacancies and staff.Effective human resources information can be offered through scientific quantities and comprehensive analysis, which covers an individual's psychological characteristics, personalities including his interest, hobbies, need, capability, and knowledge skills.The diagnostic effect of human resource assessment can be firstly reflected in its functions for consultation services. Weather an enterprise's development goal is reasonable or its post arrangements for staff are appropriate can attain a satisfactory result through human resources assessment. It secondly serves as an important reference for making and improving human resources development schemes.The result of assessment can also predict an individual's quality development tendency and potentials. The predictive assessment becomes prominent in present days. The increasing tempo of modern life and diversified changes superficialize people's daily communication. Thus an effective, scientific assessment method is needed in selecting qualified personnel.This article made a thorough and deep research on the assessment of leaders' quality for theoretical and practical points of view and made a further analysis on the problems in the process of assessment.
