Entrepreneurial activities have shown close links to economic output and employment rate in both developed and developing countries.With the social development, women are more and more involved in entrepreneurial activities. Women entrepreneurs in China now account for about 20 percent of the total number of all entrepreneurs, women starting their oun business in a decade has increased 17 percent, which comes to 21 percent. With the combanation of China's political, economic and socio-cultural background, we will take female entrepreneurship as the research object, and the main theories and research methods of the JD-R model as reaearch foundation, We will discuss the relationship between job rsources and performance of women entrepreneurs. And then analyze the intermediary role of woke engagement in the process of Job resources affecting business performance.Through research review and interviews, we found that at China cultural backround, the job resources of women entrepreneurs included family support, employee support, self-efficiency and optimism. Considering gender differences, we used subjective and objective methods the measure performance of women entrepreneurs in there dimensions: career satisfaction, survival performance and growth performance.We came to the conclusion that job resources play notable positive effect on three dimesions of performance.Without considering intermediary role of work engagement, family support, employee support, self-efficiency and optimism all had significant influences on the performance of women entrepreneurs. Employee support and optimism play notable positive effect on career satisfaction, Family support and self-effciency have great influences on suvival performance, self-effciency has great effect on growth performance.Based on empirical data analysis, the paper proved that the intermediary role of work engament does exist between the job resources and performances of women entrepreneurs.Work role acception plays an intermediary role between job resources and careen satisfaction, it also has intermediary effect between job resources and survival performance.Work role commitment plays an intermediary role between job resources and suvival performance.
