China's Private Economic Development Study

1. The Significance of Research.The renascence and rapid-development of private economy has become a prominent phenomenon in China since the reform and opening up. Thus, it is a research work of both practical and theoretical significance to analyze the problems existing in private economy and raise the proper solutions to them. This dissertation centers on the key word DEVELOPMENT, and deals with three problems. Firstly, figure out the social and economic origins of the renascence of the private economy, depicting its tracks of developments and changes, then; summarize the traits of the developments of the private economy in China. Secondly, expounding and pining the foundation of the existence of private economy in three main aspects: productive fore determinism, mixture ownership and socialism marketing economy, determinism, thirdly, Focusing on analyzing the existing problems of privately-owned enterprise, form the of outside surroundings of privately-owned enterprise development, money raising problem and administration mechanism creativeness, then raising saluting tailings and relating tactics.2. Dissertation composition.The dissertation induces 9 chapters. The first chapter is the introduction. In this chapter, it firstly expounds the motivation and significance of this dissertation, defining the meaning of Private Economy. Then it introduces the undergoing situation in studies on private economy by academia. Finally, it introduces the studying method and composition of this dissertation, focusing on analyzing and defining the meaning of Private Economy. This dissertation dissents from the phenomenon commonly existing in theories circles and eateries circles that the nongovernmental business taking the place of private economy. It points out that nongovernmental business if an operating pattern. This phenomenon just shows the apprehension, discrimination and prejudice towards private economy in somebody's unkind.In chapter 2. it analyses the social and economic conditions of the regeneration of private economy at the beginning the reform and its following development. It analytics three basic terms of the regenerations private economy from a view of production logic: Firstly, the individual must have some capital allnmulation, but the primitive capital accumulation of the privately owned enterprises in China depends mainly on diligence.which is different from the capitalism Society's. Secondly, there must be an opening productive factors and commodity market, providing a broad market conditions for the emergence of private economy. Thirdly, the policies should provide legitimacy for the production. The development of china's private economy could generally be decide into four phrases: the first phrase (1978-1988) is the period of its germination and preliminary development. The second phrase (1989-1992) is the period of its fluctuation; 1992-2002 is its third phrase, when the private economy came into a period of stable development, and its position rose quickly in National Economy. After the opening of the 16th People's reprehensive congress at the end of 2002, private economy came into its fourth phrase-a new and vigorous rising period.In chapter 3, the dissertation illustrates the developments of private economy after 1989 by using numbers of statistics dates.
