Study On Problems In Development Of Yanbian Prefecture Private Economy

During the last decade, it is an extremely remarkable phenomenon in the economic development of our country that is the booming and high-speed development of private economy which has become an important force in giving impetus to the economic system reform and economic development of our country as well as the vital new force on constructing socialism with China's characteristics. The private economy has a wide range of varieties. The research here is focused on individual, private enterprises and the development problems of township enterprises after reforming economic systems.Inspired by the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the CPC(1978) and pushed by the tide of the reform and opening, the individual and private economy of our country has come to their own "spring" after experiencing the course of the difficulty and arduousness and made" ID card" of " important part of socialist market economy". In the recent over two decades of reform and opening, not only has it mounted the stage of national economy but also become the composition full of vigor and vitality. The 16th Congress of Party distinctly pointed out that non-public economic development must be impregnably encouraged, supported and guided, and responded to the questions on all kinds of policy systems which influence the development of public ownership economy. China's non-public economic development is entering an great epoch.Yanbian Prefecture private economies is presenting a new and smooth situations of sustaining and steady development such as quality and efficiency promotion of economic growth which is making an important contribution toward developing Yanbian Prefecture economy and preserving the social stability. However, the development of Yanbian Prefecture private economy lags behind, compared to coastal developed areas. It is a rather weak link. In this thesis analyzing thoughts and countermeasures are put forth on the basis of analyzing and studying the status quo, characteristics and existing problems of Yanbian Prefecture private economy.
