The Research Of Strategy Of Improving The Level Of China's Opening To The Outside World Under The Economic New Normal

In 2014,Xi Jinping pointed out that China's economy has entered a new normal.Under the new normal,China's opening to the outside world have a new connotation.Under the new normal,China improve the level of opening to the outside world need to work hard to achieve the three objectives--set up new opening system,new system,new advantages,and vigorously implement three strategies--strategy of"going out" strategy,strategy of free trade zones,strategy of "Belt and Road".The cause of China's opening to the outside world has experienced more than 30 years.But as China's opening to the outside face of the change of the situation at home and abroad,China's opening to the outside world also appeared some problems.The present problems of Chinese opening to the outside world is mainly manifested in several aspects--lagging industrial structure upgrade,international trade development level needs to improve,investment problem is still evident,and the constraints of resources and environment strengthen.In the new normal under the new economic development stage,in order to further improve the level of China's opening to the outside,China can adjust the opening strategy from five aspects.First,optimize the structure of industry of economy;Second,promote the international competitiveness of China's foreign trade;Third,improve the level of China's utilization of foreign capital;Fourth,use " Belt and Road" strategy to establish mutually beneficial and win-win opening international environment.Fifth,use a new economic form which named "Internet +" to develop innovation,and add a new driving force for the opening to the outside world."Belt and Road" strategy is an important strategic measure in period of 13 th Five Year Plan in China,is a impetus to promote China's economic growth in the new period,and is an important strategy to improve the level of China's opening to the outside under the economic new normal.Chinese regions need to catch the opportunity of the development of "Belt and Road" strategy in order to further improve the level of opening to the outside world of regional economy.The eastern region need to optimize the opening mechanism.The central region need to develop strategic hub of opening to the outside world.The western region need to develop a new highland border of opening to the outside world.The northeast region need to develop a regional economic cooperation zone of Asia and northeast China region.
