Study On Networked Distribution Management System In Manufacturing Enterprises

Distribution is the sale mode commonly adopted by most domestic manufacturing enterprises of production-supply-marketing. The speedy and effective constructions of the Distribution Management System, and the realization of the effective integration of the local factory and the remote distribution sales branches, have become the key point of informationization for Distribution Management System. With Distribution Management System, DMS, as the objective of our research, this paper consisted the following parts.Firstly, based on the illumination of the importance and necessity of the informationization of manufacturing industry and analysis of current application status and development trend of the DMS, this paper researched on the scalability of DMS was not well developed in distribution management software. Based on analysis of distribution mode, distribution flow, distribution strategy and operation mode, the scalability is discussed, a scalability distribution flow model is built, and a kind of alliance operation mode is put forward, too. Then, scalability architecture of DMS is developed.Secondly, this paper studied some key technologies of scalable DMS. Satisfy the systematic scalability through component technology. That is, adopt development mode with three layers, Classify and define the logic component of business according to the scalability DMS architecture, and provide a case to build the logic component of business in consignment sales. And then, aimed at how to control the real-time consignment inventory, we did the following research: building a tri-dimensional model of consignment inventory resource based on the concept of "logic inventory" and "bill financial confirmation"; putting forward a mathematic model of controlling consignment inventory, which is composed of three kinds of consignment inventory states and two principles; and providing application instance.Moreover, this paper carried out the research on integrating DMS with other enterprises application systems. Aimed at the shortcomings of data integration in EAI, a solution of EAI based on data integration was put forward, namely, establishing the system architecture of enterprises' application system data integration according to the mapping datasets ( data extracting supportive ) and transmission definition datasets (data transmitting supportive); stating the transaction processing course of the whole data integration; and giving its realization means – interchange technology of heterogeneous database. Detailed scheme was provided related with DMS and ERP system integration in ceramics: based on analysis of the distributes business architecture in the ceramics enterprise, accomplished the definition of the mapping dataset with the functional data, and put forward a concrete data integrated scheme for DMS and ERP with combination of the solution of data integration. Third, put forward a distributed integrated solution for enterprise information, and illustrated the integrated methods, operation schemes, key technologies and concrete implementation methods in detail.Finally, a networking DMS based on ASP mode, which is applied to the achievements of this paper, such as scalability architecture, business component, consignment inventory control, is now used in a ceramic enterprise. Meanwhile it accomplished the integration of DMS and ERP System and made good economic benefits and active effects.
