Enterprises have recently encountered many problems in the project implementation process such asscheduling multi-project tasks, too much resource wasting, and the trouble that project management (PM) systems can't dynamically and timely agree with practical project management requirement. Therefore, work breakdown, scheduling and project management building systems based on mass customization (MC) are analyzed and studied, combined with the case of practical difficulty encountered in the project management processes of JuHua Group in Quzhou and WanXiang Group in Hangzhou. The content of the paper is as follows:In Chapter One, PM history and current study status, relevant concepts, management tools and technology are introduced. Popular management software at present are also introduced, analyzed and compared. Next the core idea of MC is extracted, and application and development trend are summarized. Finally, research background and projects in the support of the paper are illustrated, and meanwhile the solution that integrates MC with PM is put forward.A general analysis of MC method and technology in project management (PM) is proposed in Chapter Two. Firstly, the problems are described in the practice of PM in JuHua and WanXiang after the frame of PM implementation is introduced. Then the problems are also described in building PM systems, based on the analysis of function and structure of PM systems at presentThe rationality and modularization of PM tasks are studied in Chapter Three. Projects are classified and dealt with through making use of similarity and correlation to solve the problems presented above. The closely relative tasks are integrated and finished by correlative members together to reduce intercommunication and assemble tasks expediently. If the tasks can't be finished by the enterprise core competence of its own, they can be completed by stock or outsourcing. In this chapter, AHP, Delphi and blur clustering mathematics are applied in similarity and relativity analysis. The close relative tasks are extracted based on DSM (Design Structure Matrix). The stock model is analyzed too. Finally, the arithmetic analysis of JuHua project is carried out.In Chapter Four, the integrated system for cooperation based on components is discussed. B/S, and especially workflow are imported to support the cooperation. Interface, data and function integration of EAI are applied to fulfill the system integration. Finally, mass customization based on workflow and components is discussed. Because of the separation between process model and business, three types of mass customization can be fulfilled, which are process customization, client interface customization and system integration based on workflow. Components are separate modules of PM systems, and can be recombined according to projects. Redevelopment is popular based on core software at present.hi Chapter Five, the prototype of JuHua PM integration platform is designed according to its practical project management. The features of the system, data analysis, system architecture, the choice of the development tools, key technique and implementation are described.The last chapter summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of this paper, and the future research work is suggested, too.
