The Research And Application Of Supply Physical Flow Management For Middle&Small Manufacture Enterprise

The evolution of ERP is accompanied with the development of supply chain. Physical flow,as one of three flows of supply chain,which are physical flow,capital flow and information flow,runs through the whole supply chain management. As a hinge among inter-cooperating enterprises,it contacts with the supplier and consumer in socialization production environment..In physical flow,the supply physical flow is guarantee for enterprises to realize rapid production,meet to variety requirement and timeliness of consumer and to satisfy consumer,so enterprises should be making full use of contemporary management technology and information technology to improve the efficiency of supply physical flow management. This dissertation discusses objective requirement and inevitable trend for contemporary management technology,studies the enterprises microcosmic physical flow operating under macrocosmic physical flow environment,including its supply physical flow,production physical flow and sales 1 physical flow;and puts forwards general method of developing enterprise MIS system based on the researching and developing supply physical flow management of enterprise MIS system of Dongfang Kaiqi Corporation.Through collecting,analyzing and comprehending enterprise information,divides the enterprise supply physical flow is divided into two subsystems,which are purchase management and stock management,the designing projects of supply physical flow management,like the overall project design,structure design,function module design,interface design,database design,system implementation,are put forward in detail. We bring forward JIT purchase strategy in designing purchase management subsystem based on the corporate feature,and use fuzzy set theory inselecting the most trusted supplier. Because the stock management is the core of supply chain management,and the core of physical flow,this dissertation studies the module and application of safe-stock basing on corporate JIT production management mode,and analyses and designs particularly the integration of stock management subsystem with other subsystem like production management subsystem,sales management subsystem and so on. We develop Computer Aid Coding Subsystem to code the material automatically and solve the bottleneck of information sharing for system-level integration.
